Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nexora platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, administrators, and agents.
2. Description of Service
Nexora provides an AI agent platform that allows you to create, train, and deploy custom AI chatbots for your business. The Service includes agent creation, knowledge base management, deployment channels (widget, API, WordPress), analytics, and team management features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Workspaces and Teams
Each account can create up to three workspaces. Workspaces contain agents, knowledge bases, and team members. Workspace owners are responsible for managing access and ensuring team members comply with these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Nexora offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credits are allocated monthly per your plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly enabled. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including training data, knowledge base materials, and agent configurations. You grant Nexora a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Nexora and its logos, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Nexora. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request data export or deletion at any time through your workspace settings.
9. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits as specified in our documentation. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these Terms or our rate limits.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your workspace and contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
